“Unknowingly, the architecture and building community is responsible for almost half of the United States greenhouse gas and carbon emissions annually. Globally the percentage is even higher.”

| There is a tremendous need to provide North America with its own SCIP building material factories. SCIP’s are considered by many to be the future of the building industry and was originally invented in California in 1965. The first patent was filed by Henry Wiessman in Pasadena, CA. where he had a small manufacturing plant. |
| ETB’s officers, staff and team of experts have been researching, observing and working with factory production lines around the world that manufacture SCIP panels. There are SCIP factories big and small in over sixty countries. Machinery is available at a high cost from several of the major manufactures. In America, there are presently only a few legitimate mass-production factories and they are franchised and / or come from overseas manufacturers and patents. |
There is now a void and a fiduciary responsibility to produce more cost effective, state-of-the-art machines and factories in the United States and the opportunity for America to once again take the lead in the SCIP industry as in the past.
Currently, ETB is developing an innovative, state-of-the-art, made in America, SCIP panel of its own. It’s designers, civil and mechanical engineers and team of experts have been working on a production line machine that will combine the “best of” in the world with ETBs own proprietary patent plans for the "ECO-PANEL". With the support of the United States Government and, the new ‘Green’ energy |
conscious administration, as well as ETB investors and strategic alliances, completion of this new panel factory is anticipated in 2010.
Operations will be located in the western states of California, Nevada, and Arizona. This will make ETB's "ECO-PANEL" easily available to the largest area of new ‘Green’ building construction projected for the coming years.
In order for a builder, General Contractor, Owner-builder, dealer or distributor to purchase the Ecotech Builders, Inc. state-of-the-art proprietary panels, persons or organizations must complete training classes and / or the ETB Installer Certification Program.
